Minimum Order Requirements
LoggingStuff.com does not implement a minimum order requirement
for our retail customers.
Shipping & Handling
Our flat rate shipping and handling fee for any retail order
shipped within continental United States is $8.95. Such orders will be shipped via
USPS ground (a street address is required).
Orders shipped outside the continental United States may be
sent via UPS, Fed-Ex, or USPS. The shipping and handling fee for such orders is
actual shipping charges plus a $3.00 packaging fee. International customers are
responsible for all duties and taxes.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Hayward, Wisconsin.
Sales Tax
A 5.5% sales tax will be imposed on all retail orders shipped
within Wisconsin. Wholesale customers with valid Wisconsin Seller's permits should
feel free to contact us concerning their orders.
Payment Terms
LoggingStuff.com accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
We also accept money orders and cashier's checks for orders placed through the mail.
Sorry, but no personal or business checks will be accepted. Please use our
Printable Order Form when using this method. For orders shipped outside

Sorry, but we do not ship COD.
Returns
All retail items other than those customized are returnable
within thirty (30) days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original
packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. No altered and/or
damaged items will be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns
and no shipping and handling fees will be reimbursed.
Privacy
At LoggingStuff.com, we not only respect your privacy, we protect
it (please refer to the first paragraph in the Payment Terms section for more
information on the security measures implemented by LoggingStuff.com). We will not
share our customers' personal information in any way, shape, or form other than to
the extent such is required for the secure processing of your order; nor do we
practiceany other privacy-invading activity. |
